By accessing the website at https://jobssniper.pro, you agree to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to use information or software on JobsSniper's website for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: modify or copy the materials; use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial); attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on JobsSniper's website; remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server. Without limiting any of the other disclaimers of warranty set forth in these Terms of Use, JobsSniper does not provide or make any representation as to the quality or nature of any of the third party products or services purchased through JobsSniper's website. Your registration information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
4. Registration & Password
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access information and password. You shall be responsible for all uses of your registration, whether or not authorised by you. You are not authorized to share your password or other account access information with any other party, temporarily or permanently, and breach of this obligation may result in disabling your JobsSniper account and services. You agree to immediately notify JobsSniper of any unauthorised use of your account and password.
5. User Content Deletion
You understand and acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in your account and that if you cancel your JobsSniper account or your account is terminated, all your account information from JobsSniper, including CVs, profiles, cover letters, saved jobs, and improvement sheets will be marked as deleted and may be deleted from JobsSniper's databases and will be removed from any public area of the JobsSniper website. Information may continue to be available for some period of time because of delays in propagating such deletion through JobsSniper's web servers. In addition, third parties may retain saved copies of your information.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds, including partial refunds, may be offered in cases deemed appropriate by the JobsSniper team, such as when technical problems prevent users from properly using the tool. In the case of technical issues, the JobsSniper team may also extend the usage period of the tool to compensate for any inconvenience.
7. Disclaimer
The materials on JobsSniper's website are provided on an 'as is' basis without any warranties of any kind. 8. JobsSniper's Liability
JobsSniper acts as, among other things, a platform for job seekers to optimise their applications. JobsSniper is not involved in the actual transaction between employers and candidates. JobsSniper is not responsible for User Content, the quality, safety or legality of the jobs or CVs processed, the truth or accuracy of job listings, the ability of employers to offer job opportunities to candidates or the ability of candidates to fill job openings. While JobsSniper reserves the right in its sole discretion to remove User Content or other material from the JobsSniper website from time to time, JobsSniper does not assume any obligation to do so and, to the extent permitted by law, disclaims any liability for failing to take any such action. Certain features, such as automated job matching, CV analysis, and cover letter generation, operate using algorithms and AI and may take automated actions on your behalf. By enabling these features, you acknowledge that you use them at your own risk and JobsSniper is not responsible for any outcomes, errors, or damages resulting from their use.
9. Disclaimer of Warranty
JobsSniper does not warrant that the JobsSniper website or any JobsSniper services will operate error-free or that the JobsSniper website and its servers are free of computer viruses or other harmful mechanisms. If your use of the JobsSniper website or the content results in the need for servicing or replacing equipment or data, JobsSniper is not responsible for those costs. The JobsSniper website and its contents are provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent possible by law, JobsSniper disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including the warranty of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose and non-infringement.

16. Dispute Resolution
All disputes, claims or controversies arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the parties cannot resolve the dispute through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation or arbitration in accordance with applicable Australian laws. The arbitrators' decision will be final, conclusive and binding upon the parties, except for clerical or manifest error, and may be enforced in any court having jurisdiction.
